For controlling your hypertension, there are two efficient yoga exercises that assists reduce the blood pressure:

Inverted Yoga.

Inverted yoga turns around the action of gravitational attraction on the human body. The most profound modifications brought about by Inverted Yoga is in circulation. In inverted presents, legs and abdomen are placed higher than the heart.

Lengthening up through the legs and keep them very active so your spinal column opens and the whole body actively associateded with the present.

Among the reasons for this is simply due to the fact that the force of gravity is reversed and venous return becomes significantly higher.

Normally, the muscles of the calf bone and other skeletal muscles in the lower limbs need to contract in order to pump nonoxygenated blood and waste back to the heart with the veins.

In inverted postures, gravity causes the blood to flow quickly back through the veins and this brings the blood pressure in the feet to a minimum. This in effect gives skeletal muscles a chance to rest.

In Inverted poses, drainage of blood and waste from the lower body back to the heart is increased and conditions such as swollen ankles and varicose veins are alleviated.

Balanced Breathing.

It's time to find out about breathing, since breathing in and breathing out has the power to nurture the body and soothe the mind.

Not just any old breathing will do. If you resemble a lot of individuals, you take shallow breaths, draw in your tummy when you breathe in and never ever empty your lungs of co2 when you exhale.

Here's the physiological explanation: Long, slow-moving breaths are more efficient than short, fast ones.
